Determination of the overlap amount in the height direction: The overlap amount should be selected according to the groove depth of the upper sliding profile and the rail height of the lower profile, as well as the height of the window sash pulley. The overlap between the window sash and the upper slide is generally 1/2 of the depth of the upper slide minus 2~3mm, and 10mm can be used. The overlap between the window sash and the slide is the distance from the groove depth of the pulley to the bottom of the window sash, generally 6~10mm, 8mm can be selected.
In addition, you can also use the inner opening size in the height direction of the sliding frame, plus the depth of the upper chute, and minus 4~6mm, as the height dimension of the sliding fan.
The overlap amount in the width direction should be determined according to the edge seal profile, hook profile and light profile. When designing, the hooks of the two window sashes should be completely overlapped.
